When you receive the mattress topper, it will arrive in a box. To ensure proper expansion, please leave it flat in a well-ventilated area for 48-72 hours. If the temperature is lower than 78°F, additional time may be required for the topper to fully expand. If the mattress is not being used for an extended period, it should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment.
